Domestic shipping policy
We currently ship across all Canadian provinces, except Quebec.
It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper. The usual delivery time is between 5-7 days of dispatch. If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time. We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Shipping estimates for standard delivery do not guarantee that an order will ship on a specific day or be delivered within a specific period. We are also not responsible for refunds in case of inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided.
At the moment, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, irrespective of order value.
Express delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time of the current business day. Express orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note that some package and shipping companies do not consider weekends/holidays as business days.
Artha Ayurveda takes no responsibility or liability for products or orders damaged, missing, or lost that are shipped to a freight forwarder or a hotel. All inquiries must be made directly with the 3rd party that is accepting the shipment on your behalf.
