Orders, payments and billing
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation in the email you provided. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Once your order is shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation.
While we try our best to serve our customers, we are unable to provide cancellations and modifications after an order has been placed.
In case you need to add more products, please place a fresh order for those items.
Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We accept payments made by debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal. We also offer the option to Buy Now, Pay Later using Shop Pay.
Our team works hard to bring items back in stock as quickly as possible. Limited edition items and sets will not return once they are sold out. Please note, we are unable to extend promotions and sales for items that are out of stock.
Tracking and shipping
We offer free shipping across Canadian provinces (except Quebec) on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
We only offer standard delivery at the moment which typically takes 5-7 days, depending on your location. However, these estimates do not guarantee that an order will ship on a specific day or be delivered within a specific period.
Kindly check the tracking link sent to you when you placed the order to determine the status of your order. Delivery personnel will contact you before delivering your order. If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait at least 3 more business days. Some carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely to you. In the unlikely event of a damaged product, please call or email customer care within 14 days of the delivery date.
Do not dispose of the items until instructed as they may need to be returned for observation. Doing so may affect our ability to offer you a replacement.
Artha Ayurveda monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items for abuse. Artha Ayurveda also reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, the shopping account could be subject to closure.

Returns
We only accept returns for missing or defective/ damaged items, if that was caused prior to delivery. Please return products in the original packaging (box, tubes, bottles included as applicable) and with tags/labels intact. Items that are tampered with or filled with other substances are not eligible for refunds. We actively monitor for fraudulent activities and returns.
The tracking number for the return shipment will be emailed to you once a return label is created. Please check your spam/junk folder as these emails are sometimes directed there.
Once our team has approved your return request, we will refund the amount of the concerned product as store credit or to your original payment method.
For refunds, please allow us up to 14 business days after receiving your returned items.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, please review items before dispatching them to us. In case you return the wrong items, you can resend the correct items to us. Artha Ayurveda does not cover the shipping fee for returns.
We are currently unable to cover inbound or outbound shipping fees related to returns. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for returns and refunds.
Products, ingredients and packaging
All our products are free of artificial fragrances. Any scents are natural and are attributable to specific natural ingredients.
Our brand focuses on the use of effective but non-toxic ingredients in our products, mirroring the Ayurvedic skincare philosophy. Most of our ingredients are sourced naturally, specifically from plant-based sources.
However, we do not guarantee that all our products are vegan. There is a full ingredient list available on each product page for you to review.
We proudly do not test on animals. Internationally, we are committed to being cruelty-free, and all our partners are aligned with our policy.
Each product has a unique shelf life that is stated on the product packaging. This shelf life applies from the point of opening of the product.
For ensuring the best results, please store our products in a cool, dark place and away from direct heat or light.
