We offer refunds for damaged or missing items only. You can place a return request by using the chat option on this website or by sending us an email with your order details at info@artha-ayurveda.com. Refunds get credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving your return. The tracking number for the return shipment will be emailed to you once a return label is created. Please check your spam/junk folder as these emails are sometimes directed there.
Terms & conditions
- In order to be eligible for returns and refunds, items must be in their original packaging- including primary and secondary packaging (boxes, bottles, tube etc.) with tags and stickers intact.
- When you place a return request, you will have the option of choosing a refund method between store credit and return to the original payment method.
- Domestic orders within Canada must be returned by raising a return request within 14 days of the date of purchase. Return requests raised after 14 days from the date of purchase do not qualify for return, exchange or store credit.
- Only products purchased on this website may be returned. Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.
- Order/ return shipping costs to the customer and any customisation or gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for refunds.
- All return shipments are opened and inspected. Artha Ayurveda reserves the right to approve or reject returns based on its discretion and policy.Products that are nearly emptied, tampered with, or filled with other substances are not refundable. Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.— are not refundable.
- Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return — only complete sets.
- We monitor return volumes and reserve the right to hold or cancel orders, and the purchase account is subject to closure.
